| HISTORY |
This is another kit that has a foggy background. There is an anime called 'Bikini Warriors' that has a character similar to this one, so I'll go with that. The character is a ninja and does wear a bikini. It also wears a kitty ears cap and the stand is based on a neko figure. That is about it.
| THE KIT |
I'm
probably sounding like a broken record, but this kit is like pretty much all
E-2046 efforts. The casting has no molding glitches, the pour stubs are
small or non-existent, and the folks there remove the mold seams from the
larger pieces so you don't have to. This is an older casting and more modern
ones are even better.
As with
some older toolings, no scale is provided, but the height of the figure is
19 cm. As you can see from the image, the major pieces are tooled with
fairly large pin and sockets so getting those in place will be a breeze. The
instructions show where all the parts fit so that should also be fairly
simple. When I build these kits I use super glue to affix the various parts,
but epoxy also works. With slow curing cements like that, it is imperative
to have some sort of form to hold the bits in place. | CONCLUSIONS |
If you are into figures like this, it might be worth picking up. The lack of complex hair and other fussy bits makes this one worthwhile for those new to the genre.
