This is a second set for the Airfix Sunderland from White Ensign Models. Though presented a bit out of sequence, this set provides exterior parts for the kit. Actually, it would be more correct to say that it provides radar antennas as those make up the majority of the parts. As most Sunderland buffs realize, the ASV radar carried by the Sunderland was quite helpful in allowing it to discover German U-boats, the Sunderland's main prey. In addition to all those antennas is a set of braces for the wing floats and the very large pitot tube tower that was carried by most Sunderlands.

Overall an excellent set that will go a long way to making your Sunderland a real masterpiece.
