Early Spitfire I aircraft all were delivered with wooden two bladed props until a few years into production when metal 3-blade  DeHaviland props were installed. I'd always thought the two blade were Watts props, but apparently it was Weybridge that provided them instead.

This is a simple clean up and paint replacement for the kit prop that comes with the Tamiya 1/48 Spitfire. Always wanted to do a 1/48 two-bladed Spit I and now I have an excuse!

Like all Ultracast products, it is superbly molded and totally blemish free with only a small amount of resin flash to remove.
