Next goodie, or should I say goodies, from Ultracast are a pair of seats for the 1/48 Ki-84 Hayate (Frank). Aside from the scale, there is no specific kit requirement. In 1/48 we basically have Hasegawa and Arii/Otaki, though often the 1/50 Tamiya kit is boxed as 1/48. I'm not sure if these seats will fit the Tamiya kit as it is a tad smaller.

Anyway, Ultracast often provides its seats with or without harnesses. This is so that those who want to add in aftermarket belts can do so without having to alter the seat. The Japanese often did not use the shoulder harness so the seat with 'harness' actually just has a lap belt. You get two seats in each set so you could go in with a friend if you just need one. Set 48182 has no harness and 48183 has the belts molded in place.

As with all Ultracast resin bits, the quality is the best there is and the molding is such that you need but a hobby knife to remove the part from the pour stubs.
