This upgrade piece replaces the not very well done exhaust on the recent Airfix 1/48 P-40B/C. These are direct replacements for the kit parts and so no cutting is required. These can easily be removed from the resin sprue. A nice thing about this set, besides the superb casting, is that the ends are hollowed out. I know I'll be using these on my next build.
