This Scale Aircraft Conversions set is for the very nice Airfix 1/72 P-51D Mustang that has also been released as an F-51D. This set includes two complete sets of landing gear. You get the two main gear and a tail gear with the wheel incorporated into the mold. These are a direct replacement for the kit parts.
The gear is quite sturdy, and all one needs to do is clean up the mold seams, paint things and install them. As is the norm, some of the thin pieces may be a tad bent, but will straighten up quite easily.
