This Scale Aircraft Conversions offering is for the recent Airfix 1/48 Sabre F.4. One sometimes wonders why a company would produce a kit of an airplane for which there are many good options already on the market, but it is obviously because they think they can make money from it. The F-86 Sabre has a pretty straightforward landing gear in this case made from the two main gear struts, the nose gear, and the nose gear retraction strut. These are nicely molded and are direct replacements for the kit parts.
