This is a set that provides an upgraded nose for the Hasegawa 1/48 F-18B/D Hornet to bring it to current specs. This set was released earlier, but did not include the new nose gear door with its antenna. The set itself is superbly molded and free of any flaws. You get a complete new nose with a forward wheel well bay wall, new smaller nose gear door, two large blade antennas and the smaller GPS dome antenna. An additional goodie is a set of vent decals not only for the nose but other areas of the airframe. The set includes full instructions on any modifications needed to install this on the Hasegawa kit. If you are going to do a modern USMC F-18D, you'll need this upgrade set.
