As the F-18 has progressed, the plane was modified and one of the late mods was a longer nose and avionics mods. This set from MAW takes care of that with a brand new nose incorporating the new IFF antennas, a new forward nose gear bay, a replacement nose gear door and three antennas (two blade and one dome-shaped one). Included in the set are detailed instructions on using the set and a nice set of decals with placement guide is also included.
The resin is very well done with no defects and detail that is equivalent to what is on the kit. Overall a superb set and one that you'll need for doing a late F-18C/D.
