Continuing with their superb resin upgrade sets, this one is for the Hasegawa 1/32 P-47D Thunderbolt. I guess you could adapt it to the Trumpeter kit, but it is not made for it. With just a tiny bit of work on the rear, these pieces will fit right in (after a bit of clean-up and painting. Since the majority of WWII fighters had relaxed controls once the engine shut down, it is natural to see the elevators allowing gravity to take over when parked between missions. Even those with no resin experience should be able to handle this superbly molded upgrade set. 

The set has instructions to show the tiny amount of plastic you need to remove to allow the elevator control rod to fit properly.
