For those who don't want the full enchilada in terms of detail, but think that the Hasegawa kit's landing gear are a bit anemic in terms of detail, Master Details has this fine new replacement set. Start with a set of quality cast pewter landing gear with oleos and door attachment bits also in metal. Add a pair of finely detailed and thin main gear doors and some cast resin wheels to the mix. Toss in a section of brass wire and a brake line wire bending form, and you have the best set of big scale 109 gear around.

Included is a full set of instructions that show you just where everything goes as well as how to use the brake like bending form. It is a set that I know you will like. The set is applicable to all 109 variants that used the solid disc wheels before they went to the wider wheels that were used in the K and some G-10 versions.

It is also offered at a most reasonable price considering all that you get in the set. I think you'll be just as impressed with it as am I.
