This is one of CMK's 'Hot Barrels' line of replacement barrels and mantlets for various armor kits. This particular one is for an early SdKfz 173 Jagdpanther. It includes a new aluminum barrel along with a muzzle brake and the required mantlet. 

The resin parts are superbly done and to a very high standard. The nice thing about the aluminum barrel is that you don't have to worry about warping or mold seams. Of course, painting it may be a bit of a challenge, but I would think that regular model paints should hold up well once the barrel has been properly primered.

The set is one of 60 now in the catalogue, most of them for German and Russian weapons, though CMK has started branching out into US Tanks.
