I have to admit that I'm one of those people who think that the U-2 is a very cool airplane. I've several kits in my stash and have even built the Airfix U-2A. This particular set is for the type that is currently in service, the U-2R and TR-1A, but only for the first production block. Designed for the Testors/Italeri kit, the only thing that I can see that may be different is the inclusion of a line of small fences along the upper and lower leading edge of the tail planes. From what I have been able to find, the aircraft in this block are serial numbers 68-10329 through 68-10340.
Another fine addition to the Cutting Edge family of products.
