You wouldn't think that a Tamiya kit would need a resin cockpit, but those looking for greater detail should take a look at this particular set. As with most of these sets, you'll have to remove some of the kit parts to have everything fit well. You'll also need a couple of pieces for the bang seat and have to make some of the canopy support struts out of plastic rod. In addition to the complete tub with instrument panels, side walls, control stick, and so on, you also get complete inner canopy framework. It is this addition that tends to set BB sets apart from the others. I especially like it that there is no etched metal parts as I often have problems with those bits.
