AIMS states clearly on their website that they will provide custom sets for any 1/72 Ju-88 project. Well, one of the models that I have at the top of my 'to do' pile is an AMT 1/72 Ju-88C-4/6. I really wanted to do the C-4 version, but there is no specialized update set for it. I contacted AIMS about this and they supplied a custom package for this variant. I already had the Jumo 211 engines with wheel wells so what came in addition was a new cockpit section with insert, a new resin nose, a proper fin/rudder, a crystal clear Falcon canopy and an Eduard photo-etched set for the Ju-88. Now properly equipped, I can undertake the Ju-88C-4 and have it done properly!
