NOTES: |
This sheet from Wolfpak decals has six options, most of them 'oldies' and a nice selection it is.
First up is a T-33 from the 5th FIS at Minot AFB in 1984. These were used as hacks and as aggressor training aircraft.
With the same unit and time frame is an F-15A. This is in the initial Eagle camouflage scheme. It wasn't longer after this that ADC/ADTAC disbanded along with a number of fighter interceptor squadrons.
One of the initial F-111A from the 57 FWW based at Nellis AFB in 1968 is the next subject.
The real surprise for me on this sheet is the post war F-61B of the 68 FS based at Ashiya Japan in 1949.
The F-16CM is from the 112 FS based at Toledo Ohio in 2017.
Finally a colorful HH-46E. This was a SAR bird based at MCAS Cherry Point in 2015. I have to assume these have all be withdrawn from service by now.
I know I've said this before, but it is true. The instructions are the best in the business and you are provided with a list of kits and upgrade bits required. The decals are superbly printed by Fantasy Printshop.
Thanks to WolfPak Decals for the review sample and the image of all the options as their cover sheets are too long for my scanner. Visit them at their web site and pick up yours.
