This latest sheet from MAW Decals covers three different A-4 Skyhawks. The decals themselves have enough insignia and other bits to do all three planes, though you'll need to use the data markings from the kit. Though not specifically mentioned, most will use the Hasegawa kit for this. Other options in 1/48 scale are the Hobbycraft and Monogram kits for your single seat versions, and Classic Airframes for the TA-4. Stay away from the Fujimi TA-4 as it is underscale.

First up is an A-4C from VMA-224 in the light gull grey over white scheme. Black nose radome with the grey anti-glare panel.

Next an A-4M with VX-5, the weapons test unit in China Lake. Again, light gull grey over white.

The last one is a TA-4F without guns in overall light gull grey. There is also no pitot tube on the fin with this one.

Decals are superbly printed by Cartograf, which seems to be the de facto printer of choice for a lot of decal companies and kit makers. The decal placement guide is in full color and provides views of both sides of the aircraft as well as the top and bottom.
