This sheet is from the mid 1980s when the USN was first getting into doing low-viz schemes. For kits, there are a number of very nice ones, but most will go for Hasegawa or Fujimi as the best bets. Due to the nature of the schemes, there are full data and insignia markings for all three aircraft.

The first is an F-4S from VF-302 in overall light gull grey. The upper walkways are FS 35237 and will need to be painted on unless you have the equally old walkway panel decal sheet.

From VF-171 KW (which stands for Key West), is an F-4N, also in overall light gull grey. Once again the upper walkways will need painted, but this time in FS 36231 dark gull grey.

Finally, one of the Heater-Ferris painted F-4S aircraft of VF-301. This one is in a scheme of FS 35164, 35237, 36307 and 36375 in a a relatively easy to paint scheme that looks great when you are done. This aircraft has a false canopy on the bottom of the plane.  Below is a shot of a similar scheme from the same squadron on a Fujimi kit.

Review copy courtesy of me and my diligent searching through piles of decals at swap meets.
