Superscale 48-168: AD-6 and F-8E

Units: VA-65 and VF-33

Long out of production

Though this isn't strictly one of the CAG sheets, it could well be as it has two different aircraft on it. Both are in light gull grey over white and both have Monogram kits as the recommended ones to get. Nowadays, those would have changed to Tamiya for the A-1 and Hasegawa for the F-8. No insignia are included though there are data and stencils for both of them.

First up is the CAG bird from VA-65. I'm assuming it is pre 1962 as it is listed on the sheet as an AD-6. It was aboard the USS Intrepid during that time.

The other is an equally colorful VF-33 F-8E. Though not a CAG bird, there is enough yellow to make things very interesting.
