Superscale 48-148
F-4D/G Phantom II

Another blast from the past is this sheet for F-4 Phantom IIs. In this case a couple of wing commanders aircraft, circa 1980. Both are in SEA camo according to the instructions, but I would get photographic proof before starting these as it is quite possible that they are in a wrap-around scheme sans the light grey underside.

The 31 TFW aircraft is an F-4D from Homestead AFB, coded ZF. In addition to the CO's stripes for the four wing squadrons, the squadron badges are on the port side. All four are given a separate decals. In addition are stripes for the wing fuel tanks and tail stripes.

The 35 TFW F-4G coded WW is less colorful and is attached to the 562nd TFS.  The color on this aircraft is confined to what is listed as a travel pod, but is shown as the centerline fuel tank on the instructions.

As you can see, all the relevant stencils are given, most in white, with enough to fully do one aircraft. All in all a nice sheet for a couple of Phantoms.
