More downsized markings and this time it is for the B-17F Flying Fortress. I can hear a cheer from the audience on this as we can always use nice options for the F model. For a kit, you have the Hasegawa version for which these markings were fitted or the Academy variant. As to which is better, it is a personal decision as they both have their plusses and minuses. Both are generally available.

Both of these aircraft are early war and in the OD over Neutral Grey scheme.

First up is 'The Hunting Club' from the 360 BS. It is unusual in that the artwork is on the fin, a rather unlikely spot. You'll note that the individual aircraft number is repeated here as well.

The other is from the 358 BS and though unnamed, it has a nice mule kicking something on both sides of the nose.

The sheet includes enough insignia and data markings to do both of these aircraft.
