This particular sheet covers two ex-Tomcat units that managed to stay alive during the transition to the Super Hornet. For these schemes either the Revell or Hasegawa kits are recommended and both are in the current Tactical Paint Scheme of FS 36320 over 36375.

Starting with the F-18F, this aircraft is the commanding officer's plane from VFA-211 and is marked as being on board the USS Enterprise. It has a black canopy surround and the black fin tips will have to be painted.

The other is an F-18E from VFA-31, also with a black canopy surround. This CAG bird has a black fin with red striping, again something that the builder will need to paint.

The sheet has sufficient insignia and common markings for both aircraft. Vent markings and such will need to come from the kit decals.
