About three years ago, Old 66 Decals and Starfighter decals cooperated on a sheet for a specific SH-3D Sea Kit. 'Old 66' is unique in having been used in the recovery of five US space capsules during the hey-days of NASA's space operations in the 1960s and early 1970s. This sheet provides markings for four of those missions, Apollo 8, 10, 11, and 12. The markings for Apollo 13 are substantially different and provided on the earlier sheet.

In addition, the sheet has markings from its earlier career, though the instruction sheet doesn't specifically cover those markings. The sheet's superb instructions provide a ton of good information on this aircraft and at least one photo of the aircraft during each mission. For more images, there are plenty of 'net photos to help with these markings.

The instructions provided detailed information that show the changes in markings as time progressed. There is also information and diagrams to assist in adding the camera attachment framework carried by the helo. It is this modification as much as anything else that was the reason the same helo was used for all these missions.

The sheet lists the Hasegawa or Revell AG rebox as the recommended kit. This is not a difficult kit to locate with a bit of searching.

In all, a very nice sheet for doing this historical aircraft.
