This sheet from the now-gone company of Repliscale provided markings for two aircraft of the 114 TFS, Oregon ANG. This unit was the training squadron for ANG F-4 crews and so had a rather extensive variety of aircraft. They flew F-4C Phantom IIs, with those crews going on to F-4D/E versions getting their final type familiarization when they reached their prospective units.

The result was that they often operated planes in a variety of camouflage schemes. This sheet provides the very basic markings for two of those schemes.

Aircraft 63-7490 was in the then-new 'Egypt One' scheme of FS 36118 and FS 36270 with all other markings in shades of grey. We know call this scheme Hill Grey II after the overhaul facility at Hill AFB that developed this scheme. It is one that Phantoms wore when they were finally retired from active service and many drone Phantoms still wear.

The other is 63-7704 and is in the scheme prior to the HG II version and is called European One. It is a wrap-around scheme of FS 34102, 36081, and 34092 with more colorful tail markings.

The instruction sheet provides a fairly good painting guide, but for the Euro 1 scheme I'd search out something a bit more comprehensive. The tiny sheet  (shown slightly larger than actual size) provides only the barest of markings and to this reviewer's mind is one of the reasons the company went out of business. While some sheets were small, the price of all were the same.

All in all, if you can find this sheet, it is worth seeking.
