Those who like big scale planes will be very pleased with this new sheet from our friends at Leading Edge Decals. As the Revell and Hasegawa kits are all that have been around for this big plane, those are the ones to use. In fact, the Hasegawa kit may only be an F-104C, and this set needs a G.

There are options for eight aircraft in two different schemes. Enough insignia and common markings are provided to do one of each scheme. Leading Edge also has a superb markings placement guide that is second to none in the industry. So using the cover sheet as a guide, let's see what's on this sheet.

First up are two CF-104s in the late metal scheme. The first option is for either a single or twin seat version from AETE, the test and evaluation squadron. The other pair of options is for 417 Sq Starfighters assigned to Cold Lake. These planes have red horizontal stabilizers and the wings are white on the top and aircraft grey (FS16473) on the underside.

In the overall green scheme (FS 34102) are four aircraft. First is a two seat aircraft from 439 Squadron. A single seat option from this squadron is also provided. The next is a single seat plane from 421Sq. Lastly, a 441 Sq two seat CF-104 with the unit markings on the rudder as with the previous aircraft.

A really great sheet for the Starfighter in general and the sort of quality you'd expect from Leading Edge.
