Currently,
the IAF operates several squadrons of F-16C/D Falcons, which the IAF calls the
Barak. The F-16C is similar to USAF versions though has a number of upgrades
specific for Israeli needs. This includes an extended fin housing for
electronics equipment. The F-16D is quite different incorporating an enlarged
spine. These later aircraft were
specifically built for the IAF and while not Block 60 aircraft, have some
similarities.
This sheet covers all the various markings worn by the Barak in all five IAF squadrons, including older and newer markings where these exist. There are sufficient serial numbers in different fonts and sizes to allow the modeler to duplicate any Barak operated by the IAF since the aircraft came into service.
This set comes with enough markings and data decals to do two aircraft. IIn addition to a full stencil suite, the set includes a sticky paper mask for doing the 'Knights of the North' squadron markings on the fin. You get a superb full color booklet for decal and data placement that includes photos of some of the units. The decals are superbly printed in the Czech Republic so you know that the quality is there. There are sufficient serials to do any IAF F-15I.
Any update bits are available from IsraCast.
