One of the specialties of Mike Grant's decals is that he can do some pretty interesting markings. This is no more true than this particular sheet which is for a special scheme that was done, I believe, for last year's show circuit.

The sheet is also available in 1/48 and it shows what needs to be done to the Monogram kit to make it more accurate. The recommended kit in 1/72 is the Italeri/Zvezda kit, though I would imagine that the KP kit would work just as well as it is a K version too. Regardless of which kit or scale that you use, it will make for a very interesting model and one that is sure to draw a bit of a crowd.

As with all of Mike's Alps printed decals, this one is super crisp and has a level of detail you just don't seem to get with the normal silk-screened decal sheet. It is a single carrier so you'll have to cut what you want from the sheet. I can tell you from experience that these decals are super thin and stick very well.
