This is the first Fightertown Decals sheet I've seen since #2 and it seems as if they are still doing their decals by units. This works well for a number of people so that if they want a VFA-11 plane, they will have a number of options. I like that there are a number of different aircraft on it and not just the fancy CAG or Squadron CO's bird. This sheet has markings enough for one of four different planes, though by gleaning a few from the kit decals, you could do more. This includes a couple that have the Red Rippers hog (Arnold) on the nose. It is unfortunate that Navy regs on these sorts of markings are so inhibited that they must be removed before the aircraft returns from deployment. It wasn't so when I was in the Navy and I'm glad that I retired before this silly reg came into existence.

Of the planes on the sheet, you have both AB and AC tail codes, depending on if the squadron was on the Enterprise or the Harry Truman. These are all late model F-18Fs so will have the latest modifications done to them. I don't think that any of the current kits are later planes so you'll have to dig around for the update sets to be 100% accurate.

The decals themselves are very nicely done and the instructions have all sorts of placement and upgrade information in them. Overall, a nice sheet for use on your next F-18F
