Seven options

This is Furrball Aero-Design's second sheet for CAG Phantoms. These planes are all from the high visibility time when there was generally a lot of color in CAG birds. There are seven light gull grey over white F-4B/N aircraft on this sheet. The sheet itself is designed for the recent Academy kit, but it looks like many of these markings would also fit the Hasegawa kit as well. The decals themselves are superbly printed by Cartograf so you know this is a quality sheet.

Going by the cover sheet, the first option is an F-4B from VF-11 when based on the USS FOrrestal in 1973. This aircraft has a white radome and has a grey intake walkway.

Next, from VF-41, we have an F-4B from the USS Independence in 1964, so this is the early years. Note that this plane does not have intake walkways.

The lack of intake walkways extends to this next option as well. This F-4B  was also on the USS Independence in 1964, but this time with the famous Jolly Rogers, which at that time was assigned to VF-84

Also from VF-84, but a decade later, is this F-4N aboard the USS Roosevelt in 1975, which I believe was her last cruise.

With VF-92, a unit that disappeared after the Vietnam war, is this F-4B aboard the USS Ranger. Like the previous option, this one has grey intake walkways.

The next aircraft is from VF-151 aboard the USS Midway in 1973. THis F-4B sports a shark mouth and has a black upper intake walkway.

The final option is a USNR plane. This F-4N from 1977 was with VF-202 and also has a black intake walkway along with tons of color.

There is a brief description that accompanies each option and provides info as to whether the plane had the intake ESM antennas and other bits of information. You also find a complete stencil placement guide as well as upper wing placement information and a rather extensive load-out diagram. Overall, this Cartograf printed sheet is an excellent choice of markings and one you should seriously consider picking up.
