FCM's next offering for the 1/32 crowd is this very nice sheet on the F-14A Tomcat. Specifically, those planes with VF-32 'Swordsmen' from 1983 to 1995. The sheet provides four options. All of the planes are in some variation of the Tactical Paint Scheme. None of them are CAG birds, which I find as refreshing.

While no kit is listed, I believe that one would need to choose the Tamiya or the Trumpeter version with the Trumpeter kit being the more recent tooling. The sheet does not offer the rather extensive data and stencil markings so you will need to use those provided with the kit of your choice.

As you can see, VF-32 went through a number of changes in their tail markets, some of them fairly subtle, but all of them nice. I noticed that FCM has chosen a new decal printer called Serigraf. I've not used decals from this printer, but I'm sure they are top notch.

A most welcome sheet for the fan and well worth picking up.  There are a number of places that sell FCM decals, so check the web for your nearest dealer.
