One of the few aircraft that have decal sheets for them is the KC-135 series of tankers. What's even more unusual about this set, is that there is not a dedicated kit for the versions on the sheet. What the builder will have to do, is to either find a set of resin engines for the AMT KC-135A kit, or use the EC-135C kit. With this kit, the various antennas need to be left off and the tanker package used. The blurb in the decal set says the engines in this kit are not correct for the EC-135C, but ARE correct for the KC-135D/E.

Anyway, there are three schemes on this sheet. All planes are overall AMC Grey (sometimes called Battle Grey) of FS 16373. That will definitely make painting a lot easier!

The main scheme is for the 50th anniversary of the USAF aircraft with the huge Minuteman on the tail. The other two schemes are for more 'normal' KC-135Es each with their own nose art.

I've seen this sheet used on a kit and the results are quite impressive.
