Picked this one up from a vendor the other day as it was one I'd been seeking for a while. It is for F-4N/J Phantom IIs all in the light gull grey over white scheme. The sheet recommends the Monogram or Hasegawa kits and I see no reason why you couldn't use an ESCI or Fujimi or Italeri kit  if you had it.

First is the Bicentennial aircraft from VF-51 aboard the USS Coral Sea in early 1976. Although the painting instructions say to paint the rudder white, in actuality, it, along with the fin, will be in black. Same for the canopy surround on this F-4N. Wing tips will also need painted black.

Number two is an F-4J from VF-74 in 1973, the first and one of the last fleet squadrons to fly the Phantom. A striking scheme with the fin tip, wing tips, and tank tips requiring painting by the modeler.

Finally, another Bicentennial scheme from VF-191, This F-4J also aboard the USS Coral Sea but in late 1976. The wing tips on this one will require some red paint from the builder.

There are sufficient insignia and data markings in this 2000 decal sheet to do one aircraft. The nose anti-glare panels will also need to be painted on as will the wing and fuselage walk areas, thought the latter could easily come from your kit.
