Now for the second new C-47 sheet. Once again, these are for the Monogram kit and provide markings for four OD over Neutral Grey aircraft. These all have Medium green on the fin/rudder. Insignia for two of the aircraft are provided.

First plane is 'Honeybun III' from the 80 TCS. This highly decorated C-47A has a rather high mission tally on the fuselage. You'll have to paint the newer OD background for this. You can see that some of the D-Day stripes are barely visible on the lower surfaces.

Next is 'Sugar Puss' from the 90th TCS. This one is marked in full D-Day stripes.

The third options is another 312 FS plane with standard camo and yellow stripes on the fin. I'd have to think that the FS does not mean Fighter Squadron!

Finally, another full D-Day striped C-47A, named 'Kilroy was here' from the 92 TCS .

Four more great markings options for that C-47 kit that has been gathering dust in your stash. Now, if we could get some of these in 1/72.....
