It is not too often that one sees a WWI sheet. This one is for the famed Fokker triplane. It wasn't the fastest aircraft around and it had some real quality control problems (such as the upper wing shredding fabric or coming off). However, it was highly maneuverable and in capable hands was a real threat. For kits you have little to choose from. The Dragon/DML kit is the one recommended. Other than the colorful sections of the planes, the rest of it was that streaked green on the upper surfaces and a light blue on the undersides.

First is the triplane of Paul Baumer of Jasta 'Boelke'. This one has a black and white aft fuselage.

From Jasta 14 is Hans Werner's plane. It carries a slightly embellished Jasta 14 marking scheme.

Herman Becker's Jasta 12 tripe has a rear fuselage painted black.

Jasta 19 had some rather plain markings and Walter Gottsch's plane has little other than the number 2 to have it stand out.

This nice yellow-tailed Dr.I is the mount of Rudolph Klimke of Jasta 27.

Finally the grey and red scheme identifies Jasta 34b's Robert Greim.

If you can find the Dragon kit, this sheet would be a real enhancement.
