If you are going to have a sheet of early insignia, then it only makes sense to do one of the later variety.  On this one are the later war blue surround insignia along with the 'grey' inserts for those aircraft who used the toned down versions. As some Liberators had very large insignia on the fuselage, those are also supplied along with the greyed out bits.
