For their third new T-45C sheet, Caracal Models has chosen another pair of specially painted aircraft. This sheet is also designed for the upcoming Kinetic 1/48 T-45C Goshawk. There are two distinct aircraft, both painted in standard trainer colors of Gloss White and Gloss International Orange.

First up is 'Salty Dog' which, though marked VT-7 on one side and VT-9 on the other, is painted for the Reserve component of TW-1. In addition to the blue fuselage band, there is a caricature of a dog in a flying helmet leaning against the fin letter.

The other is from VT-9 'Tigers', hence the Tigers fuselage band, tail stripes, and the shark mouth. Like many planes, this one is shared and so has VT-7 markings on one side and VT-9 markings on the other. 

This sheet is superbly printed by Cartograf in Italy. The sheet comes with an excellent full color markings and placement guide. A full stencil placement sheet is also included. Photos of these planes are available on their website.
