Backing up a bit, here is another great Hun sheet for the 1/48 modeler. This one is for ANG birds and concentrates on the F-100C and F-100F. Though no kit is recommended, I am thinking that the recent Trumpeter offerings would be what you want along with any two seat conversion for the older Monogram kit. A rather neat way of offering six options is that there is both an F-100C and F-100F choice for each of the three units on the sheet.

First up is the vey nicely done planes from the 188 TFS, New Mexico ANG in 1972. This unit painted all its planes in overall ADC Grey with bare metal hot sections on the aft fusealge.

Next is the first of the camouflaged planes and this one is from the 121 TFS, District of Columbia ANG unit.

The third option is from the 119 TFS (or was it the 150 TFS) New Jersey ANG as marked when brought up to active duty during the Pueblo crisis in 1968 (hence the XA tail code.

The decals themselves are superbly printed by Cartograf and you get enough data markings for one plane. The instruction sheet provides a link so you can do the upper camouflage scheme as well as the other side of the aircraft.

You can get this sheet direct from http://www.caracalmodels.com/cd48004.html.  As Caracal sheets tend to sell out rather quickly, I suggest picking one up soon.
