Berna Decals has produced two nice sheets on desert camouflage Jaguar As. This is the second one and provides five different schemes of four different aircraft. I'm only showing the back sheet with the special scheme on it as the others are basically the same except for codes and serial numbers.

This sheet has a variety of schemes on it though they may look the same. The majority of these use the darker brown (chocolate) on the upper surface in addition to the lighter (vanilla) color. All have aluminum undersides. This darker scheme was for use in the Central African Republic and Chad. It is frequently called the Tchad scheme. In addition, there some options with three upper fuselage colors, one of them being a plane from EC 3 that participated in a Red Flag excercise.

The one special scheme plane is from 1992 and represents the disbanding of EC 11. Unlike the earlier sheet, this one has a solid blue nose section that the builder must paint to match the tail decal. In this case it is listed as roundel blue, but that is French roundel blue which is more of a blue-grey shade.

Decals are very nicely printed and provide sufficient stencils and insignia for one of the options. If wanting to do more than one option, there are aftermarket decals to help with the insignia or you can use kit decals. There are several Jaguar A kits on the market with Airfix, Italeri, and Hasegawa coming readily to mind.
