The Eduard 1/48 Bf-109G/K series of kits are quite popular with modelers. They must be as they have produced what must be a few dozen boxings of it in the few years it has been on the market. While the profipak version includes photo etch belts, p.e. simply doesn't have the depth that you get when these items are done well in resin. Unlike the previous Tamiya set, this one includes the full floor as well, so there is no cutting of the extant kit bits to install it. Simply remove the resin plug from the back, paint it and install. As with all BarracudaCast parts, the casting is flawless and makes a nice upgrade to the kit.
