Early FW-190s had wheels that are different from the later versions. Basically, if you are building a 190A-1 through 190A-5, you'll find that these were delivered with a wheel hub that had circular lightening holes. BarracudaCast has reproduced these wheel and offers separate front inserts. This makes these a bit easier to paint.

The set offers full instructions and will fit any appropriate 1/48 kit. One simply drills out the hub to match the axle. Full instructions are provided. As usual, the casting is first rate and will be sure to add a lot to your build.
