One of the best ways to improve the look of a kit is with resin wheels. With resin you can get nice, crisp, detail, something generally impossible to do with injected plastic. So it is with this nice set for the big 1/24 Spitfires by Airfix and Trumpeter. These are easy to use, Simply remove them from the resin attachment point, a bit of sanding and they are ready for paint.

Well worth picking up if you are going to put all the effort into a big Spitfire.
