Continuing with some great decals is this sheet for Jumo 211J engined Ju-88s. Now the Jumo 211J engine differed from the earlier Jumo 211B/G engines used on the Ju-88A-1, A-5 and C-2/4 aircraft by having a bulge on the bottom of the engine. These later engines powered a number of airframes and most of them are represented on this sheet. The camouflage patterns vary greatly which gives a goodly variety to things. The sheet is well printed and appears to be quite thin so application should give good results. There are enough insignia and data markings to do at least two aircraft with others coming from your kit's decals.

First up is a Ju-88A-4  from 7./KG 30 based in Sicily, where it has had some success against Allied shipping. This is in the standard bomber scheme of RLM 70/71 in a splinter pattern on top with RLM 65 undersides and a white theater band on the fuselage.

Next is a Ju-88A-6/u with factory codes that operated wit KG 54 in the Mediterranean. The upper standard colors have a wave-pattern in RLM 02 or RLM 76. Black undersides and a FuG 200 search radar make for a most interesting scheme.

In a desert scheme of RLM 78/79 is this plane from 3./LG 1. It is an A-11 (factory tropicalized A-4) and carries the white theater band on the fuselage.

Also in a tropical scheme is this A-4 (or possibly A-14) from II./KG 54. It was used for ground attack missions and has what looks like RLM 80 and white stripes randomly sprayed on the upper surface with RLM 80 wave pattern on the underside. Note that several of the windows have been blanked off.

From 9./KG 77 in southern Europe comes this A-17 torpedo bomber in the standard scheme with RLM 76 upper and RLM 70 lower wave patterns. The A-17 had no ventral gondola.

This C-6 night fighter from 14./KG 40 has had its RLM 72/73/65 camo oversprayed with RLM 76. It is heavy on the fuselage with only patchwork spraying done on the wings.

The winter scheme D-1 recce bird is from 3./Aufkl.Gr.Obdl and is in eastern front markings.

Finally, in standard bomber scheme is this Ju-88D-5, fitted with a nose mounted 20mm cannon. This weather recce bird operated from German bases in the 1941-43 time period. Note that this one is also minus the ventral gondola.

You'll notice that there are spinner images given with each scheme and a reference for each scheme is provided in the instructions. Also included is a diagram for the service decals, making this a most useful sheet.
