This is the third sheet in the series and again, just about any 1/48 Sabre could be used, though the decals are matched to the Hasegawa/Academy series. Only one unit is given with this sheet and you'll notice that there has been a major glitch on the sheet with only one set of blue tail bands. Fortunately an addendum sheet is provided with that and with the tail serial in the proper font. The blue on the nose and canopy frames of both aircraft will need to be painted so be sure to match your paints before applying the decals.

Both of these planes have names, the top one with the full blue nose is 'The Portland Rose' and comes from around 1957.

The other aircraft is from the 1955 time frame and apparently they didn't paint as much of the nose blue at that time. It also carried a name; 'Violent Vim'. Yes, it is a mystery to me as well regarding what a Vim is as I can't think of any names that fit! It also has the name 'Champ' on the wing fence.

As with the previous set, there is a most complete stencil sheet that will fill one aircraft.
