In another of their 'best sellers' sheets, this one combines a nice selection of schemes for the modeler. The only available kits are the Monogram A-26C (recently reissued; Aug 2003) and the ProModeler A-26B. I'm not sure if the reissue has the proper gun nose, but I can tell you that there are aftermarket resin sets that will provide that stuff if you need it.
First up is an all black A-26C from the 86th Bomb Squadron/47 Bomb Group in Italy during 1945. This aircraft has the early style canopy.
Next is a n OD painted A-26B from the 730 BS during the Korean War. This gun nosed Invader has a replacement fin in natural metal. Prop hub, wing tips, fin tip and stab tips in the squadron color; yellow. A post-strike camera is located under the fuselage.
Finally, 'KTTV Channel11', another gun nosed A-26B, this time in overall natural metal. This 729 BS aircraft has red as its squadron color. You'll also have to add a few bits in terms of antennas as it was used for electronic countermeasures. Like the previous Invader, it has no lower turret.
A good reference for the Korean War Invaders would be B-26 Invader Units over Korea, which is full of color images of these planes.
