FRROM FROX01: French Roundels 1940 and earlier
PRICE: | $ |

NOTES: | 1/72 scale |
There are always times when one needs insignia for a project. Perhaps the kit's offerings are out of register, or they are the wrong color or the wrong size. It could be that you are doing all the markings from aftermarket sheets and need roundels to duplicate a specific aircraft.
If you are working in 1/72 scale and are doing a French aircraft, then this set is for you. These markings cover French planes from the beginning of flight until 1940/41. In other words, they don't have the yellow surround added to Free French aircraft after the fall of France in 1940, or the white surround added to Vichy airplanes.
The sheet has markings in the 1/2/3 proportions that were common. They are in a variety of sizes that includes (list time) 120, 100, 90, 80, and 75 cm. There are a considerable number provided in each size so this sheet will be useful for a wide variety of aircraft. The decals are superbly printed by Fantasy Printshop so you know the quality is good.
