Stratus has a series of books called 'Spotlight ON:' which basically consists of superb artwork on specific aircraft. This one is on the Ju-88A. The A model Ju-88 was produced in greater quantity than any of the other versions. It was also used in a variety of missions so there were a lot of different variants.

This edition is similar to the last ones that I reviewed. Specifically, this one is mostly side profiles. These profiles are superbly done and offer the sort of detail that one rarely gets from photos of this time period. There are a variety of markings schemes that should be enough to whet the appetite of the modeler looking for something a bit different in their next build. A neat feature is that some of the profiles go through the changes in markings of a specific aircraft.

These are not all German planes but include a number of profiles of Finnish and Hungarian planes. Like the previous editions, there is a page of background history while the rest of the book is full of glorious, full color profiles.

In all, it is a great book for color profile fans and for the modeler looking for some reference material for the next project.
