Aero Research provides us with another of their offerings that covers warbirds. By definition, a warbird is an ex-military aircraft that has been purchased for civilian operation. This is not an inexpensive venture so it is not surprising that most warbirds are operated by either very wealthy people or by an organization of some sort. One thing that has really grown over the last few years have been a mass purchase of recently retired tactical aircraft to be operated by companies on contract to the military. A fairly large portion of the images in this one are of aircraft that fit into that category. Others are the usual Texans and Mustangs, many of which are racers. There are also some older images of some interesting airframes.

Images are listed by type and registration. As with all their offerings, this one provides over 150 nice images. Those going the Pdf route will get their images in two e-mails. For overseas buyers, the Pdf is definitely the way to go since overseas shipping costs are stupid expensive and in today's environment, CDs would take a long time to arrive.
