This is another edition of the Air War Archive series, which continues to grow. According to the introduction, this is a second volume devoted to the Focke-Wulf FW-190. It covers mostly A model aircraft and prototypes.

The author has the collection of Dr. Albert Price, a name known to many of us, and shares these images in this book. Typical of the series, there is no in depth history as it is intended to be a photo compilation of whatever the subject might be. Indeed, there are well done images on each of the pages with some being quite large and crossing 'the trench'. Each image has a caption that provides information on either the aircraft or the personality portrayed.

Those of us who have been around for a considerable time will undoubtedly recognize some of the images as they were published in Dr. Price's books. Others are quite new to me which is a pleasant surprise. The various sections are Testing, Powerplants, Close-ups, Weaponry, Sturm, Later Years Service, and Captured Aircraft.

In all, a book well worth picking up that will appeal to both enthusiast and modeler alike.
