Next from Spectre Resins is another tactical nuclear weapon. This is the B43-0/1, which comes in both a short and long nose versions. This particular bomb could be carried by a wide variety of USAF and USN planes including the FJ-4, F-105, F-15E, B-47, A-4 and F-4 to name just a few. The last one was retired in 1991.
Molding on this one is nicely done with separate fins that will slot into grooves in the aft body section. The molding is excellent and assembly should be pretty quick. The set includes one -0 short nose and one -1 long nose version (which is molded with a nose cover). The instructions, aside from being interesting reading, offer color information and should make into an interesting display.
