Kit Masx 72-086T: PB4Y-2 Privateer Masks

This set from Kit Masx is designed for the Matchbox 1/72 PB4Y-2 Privateer. This kit has also been released by Revell after they bought out Matchbox many years back. The set is for all the clear parts, regardless if you build the patrol bomber or the R4Y transport. This set will require masking fluid for some of the masks as they cover curved surfaces. In addition, an additional set is provided for the Squadron rebox which includes vacuform clear bits. The set includes the part number for which the mask is designed.

This set is made with Tamiya tape. A vinyl option is also available. However, be advised if you live in the US, that the vinyl masks are subject to tariffs while the Tamiya tape ones are not. Odd but true. If you have any of the boxings of this kit, then this set is highly recommended.
